Work closely with the call center team to ensure all customer issues and concerns are resolved promptly.
Ensure that service and sales customers are greeted promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
Engage with customers waiting for their vehicles in the customer lounge.
Make daily follow up calls to customers who have service concerns in attempt to resolve any concerns.
Work closely with the service drive team to ensure things run efficiently.
Make daily observations of service department and report to Service Director and Customer Relations Director daily/weekly.
Discuss ideas with Sales Managers and Service Director that would help improve the overall customer experience.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
One or more years of previous experience as a customer relations representative preferred.
Prior service department experience preferred.
ADP Dealer Services Experience a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
Great attitude with high-energy personality.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
