This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of AskHR Tickets/Emails/Calls/IMs (for Americas and EMEA) on HR inquiries and issues, systems access issues and other inquiries, aiming to resolve tickets with no/limited escalation. Ensure ticket creation for AskHR inquiries/requests (coming in via call/IM/email) to measure work volume and establish metrics feeding into organization’s Executive Dashboard. Anticipate employee needs/queries, provide feedback and communicate trends to Team Lead to facilitate predictive/proactive solutions with the Centers of Excellence (COEs). Recommend and implement process improvements and approaches on resolving tickets/managing ticket volume, creating time for project work.

Ideal Candidate: Experienced (min 2 years) in HR customer service or operations with call center logistics expertise. Strong communicator effective with employees at all levels within a global organization. Maintains composure with the passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and juggle multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exercises sound judgement, and the highest level of discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web based tools. SAP HCM and Success Factors experience is a plus.
