We are currently looking to fill 3 Warehouse Coordinator positions with High, Medium, and Low Voltage experience in the Cincinnati, OH. area. The warehouse supports power generation rotating equipment used at power plants and utility companies throughout the
USA. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and maintaining the records, tooling, and materials for the tooling center in Cincinnati, OH. They will also issue purchase orders, coordinate shipping and receiving, and the housekeeping
maintenance to meet EH&S standards of the tooling facility.
Prospective candidates for this position must reside within a reasonable driving commute from the Cincinnati, OH. area. Residents in the Cincinnati, OH. area will receive first consideration. There is no relocation or expenses for this position. These positions
require candidates that are US citizen or legal residents with a current US Green Card. You must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Some of the physical requirements of this position are traveling / field service job that requires you to be
able to be away from home sometimes, the ability to lift safely a minimum of 50 pounds, perform physical work related activities, and wear personal safety protection equipment (PPE).
Using Maximo, data base and software, the Tooling Coordinators will perform the following tasks and jobs:
Track tooling and calibration work orders that are open and need to be processed
Track shipments that have been sent to customers/ Field Service Representatives to use in repairing customer partsas well as tools that are being retuned for calibration
Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that each kit has the proper quantity and tools needed.
Update records of tools that have been calibrated or need calibration
When new tools are purchased they are added to Maximo.
Coordinate and package all supplies that will be needed by the Field Service Representatives
Monitor each kit before shipping to make sure there is a kit template and a calibration certificate enclosed.
As stock are depleted issue purchase orders to vendors to order parts and maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
Maintain warranty records for parts. Request manufacture/vendor to replace parts that wear out within the warranty period.
Coordinate the shipping of parts working with the Service Managers to ensure on time delivery of kits when needed as well as coordinating the ship of kits that need to be repaired coming from the Customer.
Do visual inspection of specialized kits that come from the Customer to determine that everything is there and replace parts as necessary.
Field Service Tooling procedures are to be followed and updated as changes are made to make sure compliance is always met.
Submit billing reports
Maintain housekeeping of Warehouse to meet EHS standardsDELIVERABLES:
Meet or exceed customer requested delivery date for Kit as noted on work order provided by Maximo computer system or Field Services leaders and tooling Managers/Supervisors through emails.
Processing of approximately 100 or more kits per month
Maintenance of Customer records for kits that have been processed
Create and manage purchase orders for replacement parts for Kits approximately 33 per month 95% accuracy
Stocking of Tools and kit parts to ensure availability of parts per each customer specific requirement as outlined in Customer Specification sheets.
Ensuring that Kits are delivered on time with no quality (missing parts or non-working parts) issues once delivered.QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years related work experience - Previous experience in the Tool center / Warehouse
Ideal candidate would have Maximo database experience in a warehouse setting
Good knowledge of English language
Willing to develop technical knowledge in self
Good interpersonal & organizational skills
