Select Physical Therapy in Austin, TX is seeking a FULL time Workers’ Compensation Business Development Manager (BDM) to assist in growing our outpatient physical therapy services and locations throughout the Austin area. We are seeking a goal driven, high energy Workers’ Compensation Sales Professional with current existing Workers’ Compensation physician, employer, case manager, insurance carrier, and third party administrator relationships.. The individual will assist Regional Director of Business Development in development of Workers’ Compensation/Work Strategies prospects and developing sales plans and strategies for referral sources including physicians, employers, payors, case managers, insurance carriers, and networks. The Business Development Manager must be self-directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region. Training provided!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying and developing Worker's Compensation referral opportunities with new business customers.

  • Maintains positive relationships with existing customers.

  • Must be self directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree

  • 2-5 years Workers' Compensation sales

  • Prior experience with Physical and occupational therapy is preferred.

  • Excellent communications and organizational skills a MUST.

  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet functions and applications.
