Who we’re looking for Toyota’s Social Innovation Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Green Mobility Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to execute initiatives that demonstrate Toyota’s commitment to contributing to society through accessible, affordable, reliable and low emission mobility solutions and empower older adults, people with disabilities and low income communities to move about more freely in order to achieve a higher quality of life.
Reporting to the Green Mobility Manager, the person in this role will support the Social Innovation department's objective to bring together ideas and people to solve social and environmental issues while strengthening Toyota’s competitive advantage.
What you’ll be doing
Research, evaluate and recommend mobility initiatives utilizing market research and current and alternative transportation trends that meet division objectives Collect data, identify problems, evaluate options and make recommendations based on systems thinking Administer the supplier contract negotiation and review process (requisition, MSA, SOW, IP and PO creation) and legal reviews to ensure effective vendor pricing and performance.
Determine selection criteria and appropriate level of engagement with internal work partners and external groups, based on KPIs and capabilities to address a societal mobility challenge.
Collaborate with partners to build sustainable mobility solutions that are affordable, reliable, accessible and low emission.
Monitor program expenses and other resource allocations; oversee budget management and tracking for projects Ensure proper reporting and handling of milestones, challenges, and other key performance indicators Prepare project status reports and regular internal and external updates
Create content that amplifies program deliverables, select the most effective methods of promoting each initiative, and develop messaging, speaking points as needed.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree or higher or relevant professional experience that would apply to this position
Experience in energy or clean energy project
Willing to travel up to 10% as needed
Willing to work special events as needed that can fall on evenings and weekends
Added bonus if you have:
