This role will consist of responsibilities such as establishing and maintaining clients though B2B Marketing, client retention, and visits. The ideal candidate for this senior sales position will possess strong interpersonal, networking, computer, and time management skills. Responsibilities: The VP of Business Development position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales & marketing plan for their territory that will increase revenues and profits Assist in sustaining existing business by developing and maintaining functional, multi-level relationships with prescribed accounts in the designated territory Grow opportunity pipeline by making multiple daily cold calls/visits to new potential clients within territory Maintain and close business from this active pipeline of potential new accounts Achieve and exceed sales goals within the designated territory and customer base in total and by product line Maintain product knowledge of vending, food-service, break-room, coffee & filtered water Develop & deliver brochures, samples, proposals and presentations to potential new accounts Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or relevant degree 5+ years of Outside B to B (Business to Business) Sales experience Experience in vending, dining, refreshment services and/or general hospitality sales preferred Ability to work independently, teamwork, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism We offer a competitive compensation package including: base salary, commission, full benefits, phone, Windows Surface laptop, company vehicle, and gas card.
