Lockheed Martin Quality Assurance Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas

This position will report to the F-35 Quality Assurance, Customer & Process Integration Manager. The candidate will be responsible for integrating with Engineering, Production Operations, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Sustainment, Test Sights, Program Office, etc. to help develop and implement processes throughout the Q&MS organization and help in the development of innovative engineering solutions that will drive cause & corrective action process improvements and improve customer confidence.

This position will be the F-35 focal point for CARs and iCARs responsible for improving the quality of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) being submitted. Responsibilities will include managing all F-35 CAR / iCAR activities. This will include notifying recipients of new CARs / iCARs, tracking action items in the Integrated Corrective Action (ICA) system, following up on action items, reconciling CAR status with DCMA customers, and attending, recording and distributing weekly CARRB meeting results. The candidate will be interacting with upper management as well as working level personnel helping to resolve various organization's CAR / iCAR issues.

The candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the Cause & Corrective action tool set and work as part of a team in leading iCAR & CAR owners in developing and assuring strong and thorough Root Cause is identified and sustainable corrective actions have been identified and implemented. The candidate will be responsible to assure all actions concerning F- 35 iCARs and CARs are managed and meet the yearly metrics goals.

The Candidate will be responsible for supporting the F-35 CARRB and developing metrics reports that will be briefed to executive leadership in various forums.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. - Quality background with Root Cause Analysis experience or training. -Experience with: cause and corrective action, cause mapping, fishbone diagram and 5-why analysis tool set, DMAIC -Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).
