We are seeking an experienced candidate that will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and dispatching alarms from our Alarm Call Center.
These alarms will include fire and environmental building alarms.
When necessary, alarms will be dispatched to the appropriate building resource including emergency personnel.
Duties also include performing routine system interrogation to ensure that the equipment is working properly.
A multi-tasker and someone who has great attendance is encouraged for this 24x7 call center.
This is a 1st shift position working Sunday - Thursday 5:00am - 1:30pm
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a call center is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends as required.
• Dependable and Punctual, excellent attendance is a must.
• Displays a high level of Professionalism and Integrity.
• Demonstrates a high level of Customer Service Orientation.
• Clear and concise communicator.
• Adaptable, Flexible, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Can work independently, but be a team player when needed.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products/software.
