Wyndham Houston West, located in the Energy Corridor area, is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager. A progressive company that invested 12.5 million dollars into a newly enhanced hotel. We are looking for exceptional associates who want to take our service initiatives to the next level.

The Assistant Outlet Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the F&B outlet's operations while maintaining profitable F&B operations and high quality products and service levels.He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

Qualifications

At least 2-years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 4 year college degree; or a 2-year college degree and 1 or more years of related experience.Previous supervisor responsibility is required.
