Position Responsibilities\Requirements:

Capco, Energy Solutions is looking to hire a full-time Change Management Resource with Retail Energy experience for our Energy Consulting Practice in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading change management planning & execution activities for enterprise-wide initiatives at mid-to-large corporations

  • Working with client stakeholders to identify changes to processes, systems, technology & organizational structure/hierarchy & incorporate change management activities into all aspects of the project

  • Creating training programs & communications plans to increase user adoption & seamless transition to new IT systems

  • Creating metrics to track adoption & proficiency of change management

  • Leading a cross functional team of change management analysts & consultants

  • Project management: resource estimation/planning, schedules, risks & mitigation, status reporting

  • Retail Energy domain knowledge is required
