Job Description:

Siemens Building Technologies is looking for a Credit and Collections Supervisor with a strong background in team management and team building.

The Credit and Collection Supervisor will be responsible for the Southwest Zone of the Building Technologies Division of Siemens Industry Inc., overseeing a team of collection professionals in the construction industry. Ideal candidate will have a firm understanding and background in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of the bond and lien process along with its impact on collections processes within the construction industry. The position is responsible for the overall collections performance of a business with annual revenue of 300 million covering the southwest region of the US, with staff located throughout the Zone.

Coordination with several internal departments to ensure the success of the collections team is required, including operations, credit approval, cash application and other internal partners. Development of the staff and managing remote direct reports will be critical to ensure the results.

Preference will be given to candidates with 10+ years collections management within the construction industry. Previous experience with SAP and Get Paid collections software is also highly preferred.
