Job Purpose & Responsibilities Job Purpose and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual with interest in supporting the SAP Human Capital Management domain. As an SAP HCM Analyst, key focus areas include supporting the following:

Organization Management

Employee Personnel Administration

Time writing

Payroll

ESS/MSS

Interfaces with legacy apps

Partnering with Global IT customers throughout the Americas region to optimize the delivery of existing and new services and continuous improvement initiatives

Incident resolution and in-depth analysis supporting the Global IT Center of Excellence

Consult with business power users in developing and implementing detailed test scenarios and standardizing business processes

Although past SAP experience in these business processes is not required, previous Enterprise Resource Planning experience is preferred.

Requirements Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering or Commercial discipline

3-5 years experience in a global virtual Industry or IT environment.

Analytical skills

Excellent aptitude towards learning new complex topics

Enthusiastic, flexible and creative team player

Excellent communication skills

Must be proactive and able to operate independently

Must be comfortable in a high-energy environment

Cultural sensitivity and a global mindset.

Desired Qualifications:

Previous ERP experience

Basic SAP skills and knowledge

Must be skilled in user support, troubleshooting and error resolution

Prior SAP training with a certification track
