Baker Hughes Incorporated has an opening for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager in Houston, TX and will serve as a business partner to the North America Offshore Operations team for revenue planning, forecasting, and bridging market forces for all 2 product lines. Financial Planning and Reporting for 2 product lines across North America Offshore Geomarket
Strong Strategic business partner to the district managers, sales team, functional team leads and product line directors.
Preparing and Interpreting financial plans, month end financials, and weekly flashes for the various business partners and functional leads
Present Plans, month end financials, and weekly flashes to North America Offshore Leadership team
Performing monthly operating expense reviews and variance analyses, monitoring and managing capital expenditures, headcount, DSO, and Inventory
Provide reporting and analytical support for operational and strategic initiatives to the various business partners
Assisting Management with continuously improving the management information provided to Leadership team and others
Perform ad-hoc analyses and additional related duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
5 years of Financial Analysis experience
Oil & Gas industry experience preferred
Strong SAP, Excel, HFM, Communication skills and CPA a plus.
Requires 15% travel
