A Day In The Life
You will proactively identify growth opportunities within the region through geographic canvasing and data analytics.
Partner with our Field Sales and Corporate teams to identify, create, prioritize and pursue development opportunities in the region. Conduct patient awareness campaigns.
You will work with providers to remove barriers to growing their practices through disease state awareness and educational supportfor their staff andpatients.
Develop under-penetrated geographies and marketsby coordinating referral physician and staff awareness and education on thedisease state and our therapy portfolio.
Partner directly with referring physician specialties such as family practice, internal medicine, podiatry, wound carecenter staff and others with an indication to refer a patient forfurther disease state evaluation with a direct focus on the continuum ofcare.
Educate and support key treatingphysician accounts as determined by supporting data, geographic canvasing andthe direction of market development.Witha primary focus on added value offerings to ensure key sales and marketingsupport in alignment with the global marketing plan.
Establish and maintainpositive relationships with key customers and influential thought leaderswithin the industry and specific geography of specified territory with specificemphasis on establishing long-term relationships between corporate and vascularphysicians from training through transition into practice.
Provide advanced clinical and technical supportfor coverage of relevant procedures.Educate physicians and support staff on product instructions for use,troubleshooting, clinical data, industry news, and relevant competitivepositioning.
Assistmarketing and sales with awareness and educational support with regard toselling strategies and marketing programs within our portfolio of products andservices.
Coordinatewith sales on a regional level as needed to roll out new sales and marketingprograms and initiatives in support of our field strategies.
Provide weekly and quarterly summaries ofperformance against objectives to marketing management.As well as, attending quarterly performancereviews and all required meetings and suggested sales meetings.
Specific focus on high opportunity territorywithin the region as determined by sales and marketing data and canvasing, howeverunderstanding the overall focus is to support the entire sales region upondirection from marketing and sales management.
Local and regional travel up to 70% of the time. Regional travel required quarterly (neighboring States.)
Must Haves: Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of healthcare industry experience in one of the following; marketing, sales or customer service.
Nice to Haves
Medicaldevice sales or pharmaceutical sales or marketing experience preferred
Relevant industry, marketing, or medical education experience with a specific focus on awareness and education or medical projectmanagement.
Demonstrated successin previous sales roles; indicating a high level of sales performance and/orsuccessfully executed awareness and education programs.
Ability to becomeproficient in clinical and technical product and procedure knowledge, as wellas a clear understanding of how to properly function within an office orhospital based procedure room.
Ability to inspirecustomer confidence and provide excellent customer support
ExpertisewithMicrosoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and CRM systemtracking.
Strongproject management skills and experience coordinating and executing marketing programs.
Ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in afast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines.
Excellentinterpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence,high energy, and persuasiveness with proven ability to work autonomously and inteam setting.
Thoroughworking knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures and the medicaldevice industry.
Excellentcustomer service skills and problem resolution skills.
Abilityto effectively build and maintain positive relationships with peers andcolleagues across organizational levels.
Proficiency with MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
