The position will support the business development efforts of Kiewit Energy, working with personnel from Kiewit and its partner companies in Houston and throughout North America. The marketing coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager.


• Support executives in developing internal and external presentations

• Support business development in creating client presentations

• Lead the researching, drafting, reviewing and editing of presentations to ensure complete accuracy and consistency.

• Use project database to create reports and data-driven graphics for presentations

• Participate in the development and execution of project profiles

• Create, develop, and update content for brochures and other client-facing materials

• Format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as requested

• Create and brainstorm technical graphics into visual persuasion

• Help and attend a tradeshow event and/or visit job sites as needed


• Has obtained or will obtain a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, journalism, or a related field

• Must demonstrate a commitment to quality, meticulous attention to detail and consistency in work product

• Adapts to change and resolves issues quickly

• Energetic and outgoing personality with the ability and desire to work in a team environment

• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) and database management is required

• Understanding and experience within the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign) is preferred

• Excellent communication to engage with senior technical and upper management to obtain necessary information

• Exceptional writing, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills required; technical writing skills preferred

• Travel requirements: Less than 20%
