Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, Day Shift

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY: Accountable for all aspects of service and operational support as provided by the regional Business Units. The position requires strong relationship management with all sales staff, clients and internal support systems staff. Responsibility for multiple lab and operational systems and processes that are necessary to successfully manage accounts, grow the business and maintain relationships with Employer clinical and wellness clients. Provide ongoing customer satisfaction by coordinating exceptional service levels. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, as well as an ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to manage a large number of relationships, tasks and projects to successful outcomes is essential. Superior communication skills are necessary to maintain an outstanding level of service to both internal and external customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works with sales and clients upon initial client acquisition to handle all aspects of client set up and start up for clinical services within the Employer Division.

  • Develops project plan for new customer implementations. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Creation and tracking of contract material such as Letter of Service agreement, Care 360 and secure fax agreement, connectivity and data delivery contracts

  • Working with Product Specialist to assess connectivity solutions and services pricing

  • Scheduling and providing training for Quest ordering and reporting systems

  • Transitioning completed project plan to appropriate regional CSR.

  • Develops customer ‘Welcome” packet designed with each client’s specific needs addressed

  • Provides ongoing customer satisfaction by answering questions through a regularly scheduled and, as necessary, initial call cycle.

  • Supplies information concerning new tests, services and products.

  • Develops client retention strategies for implementation.

  • Works with entry-level positions to increase their job knowledge through teaching, training, coaching and mentoring.

  • May perform other related duties as required by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge/Experience

  • BA/BS Degree and a minimum of 3 years Sales/Customer Service/Operations experience or equivalent combination of experience and education in lieu of degree.

  • Green Belt training preferred.

  • Demonstrated skills in use of Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.

  • Broad knowledge of laboratory business, including competitors’ practices, preferred.

  • Project management experience.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal, written and communication (including presentation) skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business and client relationships.

  • Ability to manage conflicts and implement resolutions for successful outcomes.

  • Ability to make independent decisions.
