Under broad direction, identifies user requirements and assists with the design, development and documentation of supply chain business processes.
Develop Supply Chain Network design strategies that support the medium and long-term corporate strategy and rapidly shifting trends in the oil and gas industry
Gather and synthesize internal and external information to develop a distribution strategy that considers customers’ current and future requirements, company growth plans, competitive landscapes and global supply chains’ impact on existing network.
Develop models and conduct analyses to identify service and cost improvements (transportation, inventory and operating expenses) and for both domestic and international markets.
Determine optimal product flows from supplier to customer
Identify and size necessary supply chain capacity investments
Identify ways to optimize inventory through stocking strategies
Synthesize and present analyses and recommendations to senior leadership for decision making
Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tass while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal stakeholders and vendors
Evaluate and implement best in class network design and optimization tools
Perform other special assignments and duties as may be required
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Applied Statistics, or related fields.
Min 5+ years of work experience Supply Chain Network Design or Inventory Optimization
Proven experience conducting Flow path Design, Analysis, Network Strategy and Optimization, Transportation Strategy, Routing Optimization, and Inventory Optimization
High analytics capability with data-driven approach to solving complex supply chain problems.
Experience in high SKU count, high service distribution environments
Certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other professional designation.
