Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieving inside sales and monthly renewal sales targets for P2 products, solutions and initiatives within specific time frames across P2’s existing customer base and new potential customers

  • Using Salesforce.com as a sales management productivity tool and champion its use with the Sales Reps

  • Providing timely and accurate business forecasts and risk analysis for both inside sales and all accounts for renewals to sales and executive management

  • Building and effectively lead an inside sales organization through recruiting, hiring, training, development, and daily goal/objective setting

  • Coordinating sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for your teams. Review sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.

  • Working closely with other cross-functional management teams in marketing, product, and finance operations to build peer and management support.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred, or commensurate relevant experience.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and 7 years of sales management required, with demonstrated achievement in solutions-based technology sales.

  • Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate an inside sales organization to ensure both short and long term goals, objectives and quotas

  • Ability to understand sales numbers and manage to daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales metrics; ability to make adjustments to maintain deal velocity and momentum

  • Ability to understand and communicate business concepts and adapt to changing business issues and requirements.

  • Ability to effectively negotiate in both challenging and collaborate sales engagements with strong customer management skills.

  • Proven experience improving organizational processes, strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and strong analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment with ongoing flexibility.

  • 25% travel required.
