The Corporate Recruiter is a critical role, ensuring we attract and hire the best-of-the-best! The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for expertly sourcing, screening and delivering top talent. This role requires a high touch focus with both the candidates and the hiring managers.

Position Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand their hiring needs and the specifications of open job requisitions.

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to fulfill hiring needs which will include relationship-building, passive recruitment on Internet/social media sites, heavy networking within the industry, obtaining referrals and attending college/job fairs.

  • Successfully handle a high requisition load and maintain clear communication with both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Demonstrate unparalleled integrity and high energy while working under minimal supervision.

  • Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Full-cycle, recruiting experience in the Industrial Gas or Chemical industry is required.

  • Recruiting experience in both an agency and corporate setting is strongly preferred.

  • Expert knowledge of social media/Internet recruitment, particularly LinkedIn.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong Word & Excel skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field desired, but not required.
