WORK ENVIRONMENT: 75% Indoors. 25% Outdoors WORK PACE: Self-paced. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Maintain detailed records of activity programs and participation of individual residents, identifying progress. Conduct resident activity histories and assessments as required by state and federal standards. Other duties as assigned. Assist in planning of activity groups and special events. Assist in 1 on 1 or in room activity. Assist in maintaining a safe environment for residents. Ability to assist residents to and from activities. Any other assigned duties. Reliability, trustworthiness and consistency with regard to attendance is extremely important to this job. The ability to regularly and timely attend work, cooperative and politely work and deal with others, and to effectively multi-task and work in a stressful environment are also essential functions to this job.
