Requirements: Candidate must live within 30-40 minutes of drive time for this location.--Candidate must possess strong communications and strong technical ability.--Candidate must be able to self-manage and work with remote team. -- Disciplined individual capable of focusing on service delivery within the customer workspace --Adheres to all customer guidelines and conducts self in a professional manner.--Should demonstrate a history of being punctual and having a strong work ethic.--Brings energy and focus to their work consistently.--Must already have CompTIA A+ certification.--Strongly prefer existing certifications with OEM laptop and desktop warranty repair.-- Experienced with asset management processes.--Should have deployed assets as part of past rollout upgrade projects.--Able to balance physical requirements of asset management.--Well versed in ticketing system for tracking incidents.--Demonstrate past experience with collaboration tools.--ldeal candidate will have experience with help desk, IMAC activities, and general deskside support of production as well as corporate endusers.--This position is 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday–Friday with occasional project work scheduled for evenings/weekends. Some local travel may be required. Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and entry level - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
