KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coordinates and supervises activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support.

  • Responsible for single products/services in a single legal entity.

  • Monitors daily progress of job(s) or project(s).

  • Works independently under general supervision, requiring normal guidance and review.

  • Provides some technical guidance and work direction to field staff.

  • Level is determined by a matrix based on years of experience, number of employees supervised, and scope of responsibility.

  • Handles special projects, as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous Field coordinator experience working with tools and equipment.

  • 5 years’ experience working as a coordinator or field service experience in oil and gas.

  • Ability to be on call and work nights and weekends when needed.

  • Basic MS Office and Computer knowledge required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical Diploma or 4 years college degree

  • Ability to work well and communicate well with others.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to resolve and manage conflicts.

  • Leadership qualities and the skills necessary to influence others.

  • Previous Baker Hughes Well Bore Construction experience.

  • Previous oil field rig experience as an operator or driller.

  • Knowledge of SAP.
