The Advisor, Sales Operations will be responsible for helping with ensuring the quality of software used by team members performing sales, order processing and customer care duties. While this role will not be carrying out sales, order processing or customer are, the successful candidate will be asked to understand one or more of these functions. This understanding will be critical to the User Acceptance Testing aspect of this role. Will work with a global team to perform testing activities and reporting on the effectiveness of those activities.

Role Responsibilities -Responsible for presenting problem analysis and recommend solutions in a creative and logical manner.
-Identify and document current state (as-is) processes flows, system flows and data flows. -Document future state (to-be) process flows, system flows and data flows. -Responsible for the development of process scenarios/test scripts and actively test changes and track progress during various project team testing cycles. -Responsible for Driving change management and business readiness into impacted organizations to ensure successful process and tool deployments. -Develop training content based on business user impact and deliver end-user training. -Support business readiness and launch efforts through developing external user communications, escalation support to ensure expected user outcomes. -Responsible for Updating management on project/activity status and identify risks to project (timeline, resources, change management, etc.) and escalate as appropriate.

Requirements -Undergraduate degree with 2 years of relevant experience -Strong Communication skills both written and verbal -Strong technical abilities -Technical and / or Customer Care Support Application (Delta) -Sales support applications Dell Sales Application (DSA), Gii, SFDC. POM, Macros and Automation tools

Preferences -Data analytics and reporting experience -Knowledge of the following tools a plus: Harmony, Affinity, Dellstar, IDD
