DESCRIPTION:

The Americas Customer Support Services Operations team is looking for a detailoriented, analytical leader for some of our most important tools, telecom, and business improvement programs. This role will play a critical part in administrating operational programs, collaborating with other PMO groups to implement large scale rollouts, and innovating business improvement projects. This role will also involve compiling and delivering data and information used to make critical decisions at the executive level.Theprogram manager willunderstand business needs and changes, and operationalize those changes.

Responsibilities:

Understanding organizational needs

Incorporating business acumen into decisionmaking and process improvement

Data collection and analysis

Building reporting and presentations for executive readouts

Managinglarge and smallprojects with strategic global organizational impact

Creating and maintaining process documentation

Tactical business process administration

Solve for risks and roadblocks at a Program Level

Coordinate and facilitate workshops and activities to perform current state vs., desired state gap assessments, and identify streamline opportunities.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Program Management, or related field preferred

Organizational Agility

Drives Results, Influential, Thought Leader, and innovative thinker

Demonstrated strong communication skills verbal, written and visual aids/ tools like PowerPoint, Visio etc.

Skilled at Cross functional Collaboration

Team Ambassador with Strategic & Visionary thinking

Prior experience leading process improvement projects and driving/ participating in Value Stream Mapping exercises or Kaizen events preferred

A demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team while providing task oriented direction to others in order to complete projects within required timeframes

Attention to detail

Ability to self-regulate, self-motivate and self-prioritize
