Dell Senior Advisor, Digital Marketing & Communication in ROUND ROCK, Texas
The US/CA Premier online e-commerce team is seeking an experienced and creative marketer to drive marketing programs. The role will focus on driving regional demand generation & customer programs using a data driven approach. They will work closely with sales leadership and global marketing teams to create & execute impactful and innovative marketing programs.
Collaborates with overall messaging with customers & technology partners around elements such as digital enhancements and co-marketing activities.
Utilizes standard campaign methodology and metrics to track marketing/sales efforts and drive program results throughout quarter/year.
Develop stakeholder communications which consists of field sales communications, customer communications, internal communications via vehicles such as emails,
Works with Corporate Communications team and business leaders to increase visibility, education and awareness of Premier customers through use of case studies.
Recommends and/or selects appropriate targeted messages and mediums to drive customer behavior tied to marketing plans.
Establishes communication strategies for campaign efforts by audience and segment.
Manages day-to-day campaign activities including working with virtual team to drive execution against objectives and deadlines.
Integrates with regions & regional sales to ensure campaign objectives are understood and communicated, campaign milestones hit, and in-period adjustments made based on requirements and/or market shifts.
Prepares materials for internal and external presentations on products, business plans and leadership communications.
Establishes campaign KPIs, dashboards, and communications cadence to leadership on performance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of technology-related marketing communications experience.
Proven success driving audience acquisition and engagement efforts.
Strong written and verbal communications skills including messaging development and copywriting; ability to think on feet.
Self-organized, self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to achieve objectives.
Able to operate in matrix organizations and manage multiple projects concurrently; comfortable working with remote colleagues and stakeholders; experience working across disciplines and geographies; excellent interpersonal and executive presence skills, including a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships, especially with Field and Sales teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field required.
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel mandatory; strategic and technical understanding of digital/social networking platforms, HTML, video production and webcasts
Knowledge of internal communications strategies and best practices
Knowledge of external communications strategies and best practices
Proficiency in using online tracking and measurement tools
Bachelor's Degree required. MBA Preferred
