Role Summary:

Aquaness Chemical is the wholesale group within the BHGE Chemical and Industrial Services business selling production chemical intermediates and well stimulation chemicals. Our ideal candidate will implement sales strategies to support existing customers as well as developing new customers for the Houston area predominantly.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase sales and profits.

  • Assist with the development of short and long range sales goals.

  • Daily support of existing business.

  • Identify and close new sales opportunities.

  • Build strong relationships with key customers.

  • Complete special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of oilfield chemical sales experience.

  • Demonstrate a proven and sustained sales achievement record.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent negotiating skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

  • Demonstrated understanding of sales process and closing business.

Desired Characteristics:

  • BS in Chemicals / Chemistry.

  • Field experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with chemical supply chain process
