Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is supporting a client that is a diversified energy services company with a broad and comprehensive service offering to customers throughout Texas, Louisiana and New Mexico. Since 1992, they have grown into one of the largest independent oilfield service companies, offering a full suite of fluids management and drilling services.

We are currently looking for a receptionist/administrative assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors

  • Answer and redirect telephone calls

  • Pick up, sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages

  • Set up and manage meetings

  • Organize caterers, office events and office clean up

  • Data entry in various CRMs

  • General office service duties as assigned, including occasional local errands

  • Support HR and safety department

To be successful in this role, you should be organized, able to multi-task, prioritize and be open to multiple interruptions during a day. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a positive attitude. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated, independent team player who displays a strong work ethic.
