Sales Associate - Technology Consulting and Services

We are looking for high-energy and motivated people to join our Solutions Group and help us transform the way our customers do business today. CRI’s Solutions Group is growing rapidly, with a focus on implementing the ServiceNow® platform to empower companies as they modernize their technology solutions and automate their business functions.

We are seeking a Sales Executive that is ready to hit the ground running and be an immediate contributor. The role requires the candidate to be cognizant of private sector business dynamics, understand the varying client requirements, and become familiar with the ServiceNow® product suite.


Title: Sales Executive

Basic Qualifications

  • The right person will possess 5-7+ years of sales and business development experience in the High-tech industry, SaaS is a huge plus
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical
  • Create and manage pipeline and output metrics reporting
  • Experience presenting and articulating complex business and technical concepts to cross-functional audiences
  • Experience working effectively across different sales, business development and technical teams, bringing together a cross functional team to deliver results.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics
  • Prior experience working with Systems Integrators and Independent Software
  • Vendors to drive strong customer outcomes and new sales growth.
  • Prior direct sales experience is preferred
  • Experience working in the territory with partners and customers
  • Experience working with the Global 1000
  • Experience with complex bid and proposal processes that bring together multiple partners to formulate and submit winning proposals.
