Plant Manager Ryckman Creek Resources is seeking a Plant Manager to work in the Evanston Wyoming location. Duties and Responsibilities Performs the functions required to operate and maintain natural gas storage pipeline and compression facilities providing periodic reports and analyses of facilities performance. Promotes safety as a value and assures all employees receive necessary training and materials to conduct safe operations. Maintaining and operating plant for 7x24 readiness to serve customers Ensures coordination of plant operations at the direction of the Vice President with interrelated areas such as Gas Control Gas Supply and Marketing. Manages plant personnel to include facility Operators and Technicians. Responsible for budgets for field operations and maintenance to include execution and adherence with associated company policies. Ensures adherence to operations maintenance safety and environmental procedures by maintenance and operations staff gas control and contract personnel. Organizes and conducts periodic plant inspections and takes corrective actions as needed. Monitors and inspects work of outside contractors. Ensures compliance with local state and federal regulations to include safety environmental operational and maintenance rules. Provide Leadership and development to the facility employees to ensure retention and succession planning. Evaluate employee s performance provide mentoring and ensure retention of personnel. Ensure company is a good community steward to include management of relationships with the fire department local police regulators land owners customers and interconnecting energy infrastructure companies. Perform operator duties when needed. Required Education: (may include certifications licenses and registrations) College Degree or a minimum of 10 years experience running gas storage or related energy industry plant Required knowledge skill and abilities: Extended knowledge in Automation and safety Mechanical electrical and instrumentation background Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
