Role Summary:

Baker Hughes, a GE company has a job opening for a Client Service Representative for Drilling Services. This candidate will have strong communication skills and full understanding of customer needs. The Client Service Representative will be first point of contact for internal and external customers with any issues.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Validating and Netting customer demand

  • Placing orders into the system for internal customers

  • Creating quotations and sales orders for external customers

  • Coordinate changes in customer demands

  • Coordinate with Planning and Purchasing best delivery dates

  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Shipping and Export to ensure fastest/cheapest shipment to customer

  • Follow up dates to ensure on time delivery performance

  • Communicate with customers by regular calls

  • Create invoices and add documentation into the system


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools

  • Basic knowledge of SAP R3

  • Good knowledge of English language verbal and written

  • Open and communicative

  • Team player

Desired Characteristics:

  • 7 years’ industry experience

  • Upstream Oil & Gas domain knowledge is a plus

  • Technical knowledge preferred

  • Flexibility in work schedule preferred

  • Experience in individually managing multiple project
