WSP is currently initiating a search for a Document Control Administrator for our Houston office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and verify document processes

  • Coordinate user training and help develop training materials

  • Generate reports based on status of the systems in place (cost, performance, ongoing activities, etc.)

  • Do record searches: inventory files, input, retrieve, send, order supplies, search, add records and order reports

  • Develop and maintain project workflows

  • Coordinate and communicate with coworkers, management, and clients

  • Print, bind, make divider tabs and Fed-Ex reports

  • Perform other duties assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Record Management experience

  • Experience with Iron Mountain Database & Microsoft Office including word & ExcelHelpful to know how to use HIS (API engineer search subscription)

  • Engineering background helpful; preferably in oil & gas

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma required

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
