The Hire to Retire HR Manager I is an integral part of the Hire to Retire Tower in the Global Business Support Center (GBSC) and the development of the Weatherford Service Center (WSC) in Bangalore, India. This position is responsible for delivering superior service by focusing on leading through influence and collaborating with internal and externalpartners and stakeholders to deliver a best in class customer service experience in a cost effective manner.


Provides leadership and mentoring to other members of the GBSC as needed

Provides appropriate and timely training and support to HR Business Partners on current processes and policies

Promotes proactive approaches to solve business needs and problems

Serves as an interface between internal and external customers, and functional team members

Works with the GBSC H2R Tower Lead, WSC Tower Lead and the vendor to review KPIsand SLAs to ensure continuous and successful delivery against metrics.

Develops organizational skills and identifies opportunities for and the design of optimized processes across the business

Develops options to leverage outsourcing and process automation and drive effective service delivery, along with negotiating and monitoring outside service providers used in the delivery of WSC for the applicable Tower

Negotiates priorities and support requirements with cross-functional teams, as appropriate, based on business and resource needs

Implements processes and systems that will generate higher productivity and revenues

Provides timely and appropriate information and support to relevant internal and external customers

Develops organizational skills and identifies opportunities for and the design of optimized processes across the business

Negotiates and discusses contractual exceptions with the internal customers and external vendors to ensure that the Company is adequately balancing risk and reward

Opens and maintains effective communication channels with the senior management team, key stakeholders, and external providers

Facilitates the delivery of strategic advice and support to key stakeholders

Provides timely and appropriate information and support to relevant internal and external customers

Develops strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders and cross functional teams

Manages and optimizes scope intake and timing for GBSC and WSC Projects

Research and advise on improvements to talent acquisition process to optimize new hire process and experience, including investigation of current and alternative applicant tracking systems to determine best solution to support future Weatherford business needs

Assist Supply Chain Management in harmonizing use of contingent labor pool in all Weatherford locations globally, and partner with local stakeholders to determine appropriate recruitment solutions

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for system and/or interface set-ups and modifications and assist in the decision and implementation of potential systems upgrade or to transition to alternative HRMS and Talent Acquisition solution

Develop strategies, processes, and procedures to support the HR system and people data needs of internal and external customers

Build complex ad-hoc reports from the systems to support real time

Analyze data, track metrics, and identify fields and trends to allow business optimization decisions to be made

In collaboration with the Global Director, determine and implement an appropriate audit process to ensure ongoing integrity of HRMS and Applicant data, including collating feedback from HR Business Partners to constantly improve the HR processes

Collaborate with relevant parties on improvements to HR initiation process.

Work with Global Director on any other initiatives brought in to the GBSC

Identify additional scope that can be transferred to WSC



Bachelor's Degree or related discipline experience

8 years of relevant recruitment / talent acquisition experience, with knowledge and experience of contingent labor and shared services preferred

Experience in centralizing distributed functional services

International travel expected

Ability to think globally, strategically, and objectively
