Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Our Inside Sales Reps have direct influence on how they best help our customers. Whether it is responding to requests for a quotation, material needs, technical inquiries, and/or product solutions, our Inside Sales team members can leave each day knowing they had a meaningful impact on customers seeking our help.
Helping our customers get the right stuff at the right time is a process. With strong communication skills, your role will be essential to driving an outstanding customer experience. From creating customer requests to delivery of their product, the ability to empathize and resolve any issues that may arise in between will make customers even more appreciative.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Prior sales or industry experience required
Knowledge of metal fabrication is preferred
Excellent professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
Basic math skills including conversions, Algebra and Geometry; mechanical aptitude
Proficiency within Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) required; experience within CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce.com) and SAP, AS400 or BlueZone operating platforms beneficial
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
High energy, positive attitude, competitive, goal-oriented, driven with a passion to excel
Flexible and solutions-oriented
High degree of business ethics
