**Identify, analyze, develop and negotiate commercial and business development opportunities in support of the company’s strategic plan. Generates new ideas for asset management, actively looks for commercial and business development opportunities, develops negotiation strategy and negotiates closure of business deals.

Detailed Description

  • **Performs market, industry and economic analysis in support of new projects, including acquisitions and new assets construction.

  • **Interacts closely with senior management and provides expertise on potential opportunities.

  • **Develops ideas and generate projects in the midstream space and researches opportunities for growth and expansion in current and future markets.

  • **Performs economic analysis to understand risks and viability of potential infrastructure investments.

  • **Performs analysis of commodity markets including pricing relationships, supply/demand fundamentals, logistical flows and market competition within specifically assigned geographical areas of focus in support of identifying potential acquisition and investment opportunities.

  • **Prepares and negotiates business contracts from inception to closing, including coordinating internal teams to execute projects.

  • **Assists in the formulation and implementation of commercial and business development strategies, and works to cultivate new relationships that will provide growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • **Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or, degree in an applicable oil and gas discipline

  • **Typically requires 5-7 years of industry experience to include financial modeling, midstream operations, project generation and economic analysis, planning and supervision

  • **MBA preferred
