Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the Latin America Demand Planning process with Sales to develop demand forecasts for supply chain execution

  • Support Latin America Supply Planning and Operations addressing forecast issues and adjusting the demand plan as needed

  • Works with Sales and Supply Chain teams to plan demand for promotions, product introductions and sunsets

  • Routinely use demand forecasting, sales and operations planning tools and processes. Monitor performance KPIs to ensure optimal operation of processes and make recommendations to improve performance

  • Facilitate monthly Demand Reviews, Latin America Pre Sales and Operations Planning meeting

  • Provide analytical, and business support to North America Demand Planning

    Required Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of supply chain management and strategies

  • Self-starter with the demonstrated behavior to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Bilingual: Spanish fluency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 years Supply Chain experience

  • Experience with demand forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning(S&OP) process

  • Experience with, Spotfire, Power BI

  • Expertise in SAP and APO SNP, DP
