This position is responsible for managing the Drilling and Completion Fluids product company within the OFS Equipment Sales & Channels Group to optimize the performance of our Channel Partners and expand revenues by the direct sales of DCF products where appropriate.
In this role, you will be responsible for effectively growing the DCF Equipment Sales portfolio and covering white space, starting with NAM. One way of doing so will be by growing the channel portfolio and setting up Mutual Action Plans (MAP), which is an essential part of how we engage with Channel Partners to understand their challenges, set expectations and most importantly create action plans to achieve growth objectives. You will be providing analytical oversight of the financial performance, making and implementing recommendations for improvements. Other essential responsibilities will include:
Establish a great working relationship within the region leaders and product company to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive profitable orders growth in line with the global requirements
Be accountable for sales, margin results & DSO against forecasts
Leverage the breadth of BHGE to increase competitive advantage
Be responsible for developing and executing a robust deal review, risk mitigation, and customer communication process in compliance with Regional Sales and Operations Team, Legal, Finance, and Compliance standards
Provide leadership and strategic guidance in a matrix environment to drive optimal bid results and minimize risk in coordination with Corporate and Regional Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Compliance
Be accountable for the attraction and development of talent, succession planning, and sustainability of commercial pipeline with depth of expertise within the region
Provide clear vision and mission to sales team to ensure all members of organization understand clear, simple objectives and priorities
Provide the necessary leadership, support, and guidance to ensure the sales strategy is aligned with business direction and that overall business objectives can be met
Ensure team leaders and members meet and/or exceed their personal annual sales goals
Champion broad-based customer-centered initiatives (e.g. NPS, cross-enterprise sales, solution selling)
Leverage cross-functional and cross-business resources to maximize market penetration
Drive strategic partnerships with key customers and provide key feedback to the leadership to ensure strategic roadmap alignment of product offerings
Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline from accredited university
12 years of experience in sales, management consulting, or strategic planning
At least 5 years of leadership experience
Thoroughly conversant with the DCF Products including Drilling Fluids, Completion Fluids, Fluid Environmental Services and Industrial Applications
Master’s degree in appropriate discipline
Knowledge of financial analysis and risk principles and analysis
Solid track record in implementing change
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong influencing and relationship building skills
Sound people management and decision-making skills
Strong customer focus and results-oriented

Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment
