Drive Finance Transformation across C&J Energy services. Aligning financial vision with the company's strategic objectives, design and implement change in the finance organization, process and systems encompassing all areas of finance. Navigate critical and strategic initiatives to transform the finance function, using best practices in finance management to achieve improved business performance and create world-class finance capabilities. Lead all M&A activity from a Finance organization and integration perspective. Provide executive-level presentations regarding the portfolio of projects being executed in the Finance space. Lead the full lifecycle of project delivery from prioritization and planning through training and execution. Act as a key point of contact for other leaders in the transformation effort, service as the face of Finance Transformation. Provide clear and accurate progress reporting as well as escalation of critical issues and risks. Help deliver high performance by exploring sources of shareholder value creation, designing and implementing solutions that optimize profit and cash, designing and re-engineering critical financial processes, Fundamentally transforming the way the finance organization operates. Responsible for Multimillion $ Investment Financial Transformation companywide. Interface with Executive Leadership to report Financial transformation status and escalate risks and issues (Steering Committee, Project Sponsors, Key Senior Stakeholders, Other Transformation Leads). Manage Financial Transformation initiative resource availability, including: internal PMO resources, borrowed cross functional resources, and 3rd party consultants. Drive adherence to overall Transformation timeline and provide steering committee visibility to progress & achievements. Develop detailed roadmap for Finance Transformation activities, Develop and implement a governance and reporting infrastructure for Finance Transformation. Lead recurring Finance Transformation Team Activities: Issue / Action Item management. Responsible for decision management, risk management, and project plan management. Responsible for return on investment reporting. Liaise with cross Functional Leaders to manage critical interdependencies. Obtain buy-in and sign-off for critical milestones and deliverables from key Functional stakeholders. Create and input content to Change and Communications team for distribution. Develop Finance Transformation guiding principles integration. Partner in development of Vision for Finance. Lead M&A activity from a Finance organization and process perspective. Review business requirements gathered for technology changes associated with Finance Transformation. Drive integration with all Transformation initiatives and delivery groups. Facilitate Finance Transformation workshops and project status meeting. MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and accounting, or in lieu, the employer will accept a Bachelor's equivalent based on Academic equivalency evaluation prepared by a qualified evaluation service. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4 years of experience in finance and business transformations, including global experience in corporate planning structure/ restructures, oil and gas multinational business experience, and SAP ERP Finance, and Business Intelligence Module, acquisitions, divestures and integration, including experience in project management, accounting (IFRS GAAP), Tax (OECD &US), treasury management, financial reporting internal and external and international controllership, and business and financial planning analytics and reporting. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 60% domestic and 40% international.
