WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Transportation Engineering Manager for our Houston office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for schedule, quality and delivery of design elements resulting in an integrated design

  • Direct Leads in engineering design, coordinate region-wide activities, and collaborate with other Leads

  • Identifying and engaging resources to conduct coordination and ensure adherence to all local, state and federal jurisdictional requirements

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 20+ years including a minimum of 15 years in a management position where design efforts were completed through multiple office locations

  • Project management experience related to linear based design-build infrastructure design projects with a minimum construction value of $200M

  • Experience providing quality control, quality assurance and/or quality audits on large design projects

  • BSCE

  • PE license or ability to achieve Texas PE within 6 months of hiring

Preferred Qualifications

  • Design-build experience

  • TxDOT experience
