Role Summary:

Baker Hughes, a GE company has an opening for an Account Coordinator (Artificial Lift) to be based in Midland, TX.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for taking the job from design to billing.

  • Coordinate with customers on installs and help provide seamless execution throughout the project.

  • Provides regional contracts management, tender and pricing support for one or more business segments.

  • Coordinates contracting initiatives to ensure consistent review and negotiation of service agreements, tenders, and bids.

  • Provides information for negotiations on contract revisions. Review files from completed jobs to ensure all possible revenue is captured.

  • Review work and SAP entries of Commercial Specialists, making corrections as necessary.

  • Ensure documentation meets legal compliance and customer requirements.

  • Confirm monthly desk accruals to finance at month end when requested.

  • Report monthly desk accruals to finance at month end.

  • Work closely with Sales Group to ensure customer billing requirements are met.

  • Responsible for accuracy of data input as information will be used to provide manufacturing the data for production.

  • Responsible for maintaining data integrity current in the system.

  • Works under supervision of more senior Commercial Coordinators to learn skills and responsibilities.

  • Participates in internal/external audits.

  • Handles special projects as assigned.

  • Conducts all business activities in accordance with BHGE HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and BHGE Core Values.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 2 years’ ESP experience or knowledge of ESP’s.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with customers.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products – specifically Excel.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or related.

  • Previous Artificial Lift experience.

  • Team lead or other leadership development training.
