Role Summary:

Makes calls on customers to support business opportunities for the Odessa service shop. Provides customer pickup and delivery.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Customer Representative, you will:

  • Be responsible for selling shop services and shop parts to support the Odessa machine shop

  • Work with customers to provide products and technical knowledge to maintain equipment

  • Cooperate with (technical) sales support to realize sales

  • Will pick up and deliver parts and shop materials as needed

  • Maintain company vehicle in proper working condition

  • Maintain log book and proper documentation required by DOT and the company

  • Properly loads and secures cargo for transit per DOT regulations Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited university or college (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution and minimum 4 years of experience in Reciprocating Compression industry)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Reciprocating Compression industryEligibility Requirements:

  • Possess a valid commercial driver’s license

  • Meet DOT requirements

  • Work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required

  • Work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities

  • To be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting, as required

  • Lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • To be subjected to extreme heat for extended periods of time Desired Characteristics:
