Provide testing, repairs, and routine servicing on equipment in the shop and the field. In addition, help generate business to increase revenues through sales of Weatherford products and services.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install Hydraulic Lift Equipment in Production/Completion Wells.
Must be able to maintain shop operations and calibrate equipment.
Have the ability to identify, evaluate, install, and repair related equipment in shop or field
Personnel must be able to complete all documentation, accurately as required
Must work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
Must follow HSE requirements and live up to requirements
Work well with experienced technicians for on the job training and follow direction
Must have ability to identify and inspect equipment upon arrival to work site.
Must be able to grasp basic concepts
Must be able to work with rig crews as well as customers at the field level and in professional manner
Maintain clean and safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Extensive domestic travel required to meet internal and external customers’ needs.
Ability to work flexible work schedule, including long and/or irregular hours.
Available 24/7 to meet demands of customers for installation as well as support if needed
Basic Computer Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
Customer Service/Communication Skills
1-3 years’ experience in completion/production type aspects of the oilfield.
