Job Description Summary

Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. Program and Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. Breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, project or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.) or the company at the higher levels. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact.

Job Description

CLEAResult is an Austin-based consulting firm that designs and implements energy-efficiency programs nationwide is searching for a full-time Program Coordinator to join our San Antonio team. In this role you will play a key role in supporting delivery of our utility client’s commercial energy efficiency programs in the Schools, Institutions, and Large Commercial & Industrial areas by providing direct administrative support to one or more team members and external trade allies under the supervision of the Program Manager.


  • Implementation of project support workflow activities utilizing internal CRM.

  • Program software support

  • Assemble data for invoicing and project reporting activities.

  • Update and track budgets and deliverables for internal and external team members.

  • Monitor participant recruitment target goals to achieve necessary kW/kWh savings

  • Prepare deliverables for management and clients.

  • Analyze and review reports and spreadsheets for accuracy, completeness, errors, and eligibility.

  • Identify errors in both written and text documents and resolve.

  • Provide the team with clear details of partner and stakeholder activity.

  • Maintain relationships with internal program stakeholders.

  • Attend project meetings and disseminate information to appropriate parties.

  • May manage multiple tasks on multiple projects, including: processing and/or; data entry; scheduling meetings and training sessions; file documents and data review.

  • Performs related work as required.

  • Basic Software Application Testing


  • BA and minimum of 1 year work experience in a relevant field (energy efficiency preferred).

  • Strong Excel skills, database experience preferred.

  • Strong writing and reporting skills.

  • Customer service oriented.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate progress of task completion.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under stress, interruptions, and tight deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality; organized and process-oriented.

  • Problem Solving, Working Under Pressure, Analytical, Process Oriented, Computer Savvy
