Title: Learning Architect Manager (Productivity & Enablement group)

You will perform needs analysis and oversee ideation and development of our platform strategy and work closely with the growing Global Field Enablement team to innovate our approach, democratize learning and create an impactful, seamless and adaptive learning experience. You are also be a leader with a point of view across various multi-functional teams to ensure that our learning solutions are innovative, aligned with the needs of our business, and achieve measurable impact.

Responsibilities

You will set the architecture and design for learning infrastructure, utilizing the latest techniques, models and capabilities. You will successfully evaluate learning technologies to support the next generation of learning delivery. In addition you will:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and operations of key learning technology initiatives focused on virtual, mobile, and blended learning strategies

  • Understand requirements and lead analysis to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage

  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap to deliver on business goals. Set priorities, including scoping, budgeting, partner management and change management across multiple work streams.

  • Serve as an inspiring leader and manage the learning development team, including systems developer and maintenance lead, business analyst, and Learning Management System (LMS) administrator, lab administrator, etc.

  • Use and effectively manage external partners resources for technical or specialized expertise

  • Create tools for internal and external teams to curate content and identify gaps in our catalog and source content meaningful to our dynamic customers’ needs.

  • Participate in campaigns to drive adoption and utilization

  • Design and run learning experiments and hackathons to validate learner experience, business impact and feasibility for scale

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, HR and other learning training teams in order to generate alignment, maintain understanding of business priorities, and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

You have around 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, solutions architecture, information architecture, learning operations, system administration and or educational technology. You also have this experience in a fast growing enterprise software company (Cloud and Big Data a plus)

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and other web-based technologies that facilitate the creation and delivery of learning experiences

  • Design Thinking

  • Proven track record of understanding current emerging trends in the learning space including digital delivery,coaching models and performance support.

  • Experience applying learning effectiveness measures to validate that a given solution achieved outcomes

  • Strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of recent trends around web learning and usage including experience with mobile,social and peer to peer

  • Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams

  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • BA or BS Degree or foreign equivalent
