Join us and help people live healthier lives while doing your life's best work.(sm) Your primarily responsible will be for the effective delivery and design of training programs and materials across the organization from an individual who will keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in several functional areas.

This will be done in accordance with management and functional leaders to gather information on business needs to design instructor led, Web-based and e-learning training including training processes and procedures.

Identifying training needs for facilitator guides as wells as train the trainer sessions by gathering Web-based techniques and interactive learning strategies.

As a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines. Required Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required 2+ years of experience working in an instructional design role 1+ years of experience conducting classroom training and/or seminar/workshop topics Experience with incorporating multiple media elements in to learning programs including audio, video, animation, simulation, and self-developed graphics Experience in conducting learning analysis Experience in building engaging, effective online and/or blended learning programs and tools using current and successful strategies Intermediate Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: BA/BS degree in training or related field 2+ years of experience designing Web-based training in a corporate environment. Proven experience with Articulate Suite, Storyline, Engage or equivalent online learning development tools Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel Proven ability to produce quality results using rapid development models and tools. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and fact-based decision making abilities Strong time management, planning skills Highly motivated, eager to make a difference in the learning process Very creative and looking for an opportunity to apply this creativity in the form of interactions, media inclusion and motivation strategies to produce unique and successful learning programs Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities Demonstrates effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills and drives for results individually and in a team settingCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
